While attending university, Shary began full-time work at the age of 18 and became a private pilot at the age of 19. After a five year engineering job at an aerospace company in avionics, data acquisition and wind tunnels, Shary started his first company with $600 to his name.

Shary's had the privilege of touching lives in the best ways and his creations have touched millions of people. He has been granted 62 US patents and pendings in a variety of areas, and has established various companies in research, design, manufacturing, sales and distribution, all of which have been strategically acquired.
