    Whatever happened to some of these polka bands that created unique styles of their own, performing at various events, recording an album or two and then fading into the sunset?
    In 1982 a recording released on the WAM Record Label was "If I Had A Wish" by the Detroit Polka Authority.

    This album featured vocals by five talented musicians: Mike Fudala on concertina, Bill Kalinowski on trumpet, Keith Habratowski, on sax and clarinet, Jerry Kitrys on drums and leader of this group on bass was Ronnie Marcissuk.
